Are you looking for a community that understands you? Join the Kammari 24/7 online community
Kammari 24/7 is a peer support online community on Discord. The community is aimed specifically at people over the age of 25 who have withdrawn from social life and have experienced loneliness for a long time.
Kammari offers space for informal discussions and relaxation, as well as guided weekly activities. We are building Kammari into an online community with a safe atmosphere. The aim is for participants to find the help and enjoyment that they are looking for in Kammari.
Kammari is run by our trained volunteers and active members of the community. You are also welcome to pitch in and help come up with ideas for activities.

Support for the wellbeing of an isolated mind
Are you looking for practical support? Sometimes it can be easier to connect with nature than with people. Doing so is worth it, as nature is good for the mind. Did you know that you can also experience the positive effects of nature from the comfort of your own home? The Luontoyhteys voimavarana (‘Connection with nature as a resource’) podcast can help you do just that.
This podcast provides guidance on how nature benefits your wellbeing. You can listen to the episodes at home or while taking a walk along a nature trail, guided by nature therapist Tiina Pulska.
