In the collaborative episodes of the Finnish Red Cross and the PSYKOLOGIA podcast, we explore the reasons behind social isolation and ways to relieve social anxiety.

Have you ever stopped to think about what social withdrawal is all about?

Produced in commercial cooperation between Oskari Magga's  PSYKOLOGIA podcast (in Finnish) and the Finnish Red Cross, the episodes explore how our past experiences can affect our relationships and how our thoughts can isolate us from others.

In the episodes, psychologists and experts from other fields join Magga to discuss social withdrawal from different perspectives. The episodes cover topics such as the various reasons behind social withdrawal, including traumatic experiences, bullying and violence.

The podcast episodes explore questions such as the impact of past experiences on the way we talk to ourselves and behave in relationships. They also provide concrete advice on how to relieve social anxiety, overcome feelings of exclusion and connect with others.
