The Finnish Red Cross has more than one hundred permanent and mobile Health Points all around Finland.
At Health Points, you can discuss health-related matters, measure your blood pressure and receive support for life management. You can talk to us face to face about nutrition, physical activity, mental wellbeing and matters related to substance use, for example. You can also participate in various events and group activities at Health Points.
Health Points are maintained by trained Red Cross volunteers, some of whom are health care professionals. Health Points do not offer medical procedures, but we will provide information on other available help.
Most Health Points are open approximately once a month. You can visit Health Points without appointment.
Mobile Health Points visit e.g. educational institutions, when necessary, or supplement other Red Cross help at food aid events, for example.
We look forward to seeing you! You can find location-specific information on Health Points in the Oma Punainen Risti service (in Finnish).
