We recruit people for dozens of roles every year, even if there currently is no suitable job available. Consequently, it is very possible that there will be a suitable position within a year.
About open applications:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept open applications. We receive plenty of applications for vacant jobs, and we don’t have enough resources to go through open applications in addition to the applications for vacant positions.
