Morning assemblies for schools

The Red Cross' nationwide morning assemblies can be used on regular school days, as part of different themed days or as replacement programming for religious events, such as Christmas or Easter. 

A peek into the Red Cross warehouse

In the Hunger Day morning assembly from autumn 2025, Anna and Senni visit the Red Cross logistics centre in Tampere. The warehouse has an entire hospital and different types of toilets, tents and generators ready to be shipped around the world.

Equality and anti-racism

The morning assembly for the 2026 week against racism focuses on racism and how to tackle it in the everyday lives of children and young people.

The issue is discussed by schoolboy Harri, general upper secondary school student Vida Amoah, football referee Mohammad Al-Emara and spouse of the President of the Republic of Finland Suzanne Innes-Stubb.
