The Finnish Red Cross Youth Shelters also offer discussion support online.

You are very welcome to the Suhteellista online environment. In the discussions, we can think about life and its relationships and challenges together.

It may be a matter of difficulties with family or loved ones, issues concerning mental health, trouble with the daily rhythm, challenges related to gaming, questions of parenting or any other matter worrying you.

Who can join the discussion?

The discussion support is intended for young people and their family members, relatives, partners, loved ones or other people supporting a young person. Parents also receive support in matters concerning parenting.

You can talk anonymously in a private chat or book a video appointment that you can attend alone or together with your loved ones.

Online support is provided by Red Cross professionals and volunteers.

How to book an online meeting?

This booking link takes you to a calendar where you can easily book an hour-long video meeting.

Prior to the appointment, we will send you an email link that takes you to the video meeting. At this stage, you do not need to register or commit to anything. All you need to do is click yourself into the video meeting at the agreed time, and we can start processing your situation.

How can I access the Suhteellista chat?

Sometimes it can be difficult to talk about challenging issues face-to-face or using your own voice. Some people find it easier to chat in writing.

The anonymous Suhteellista chat is open Mon–Wed 5 pm–8 pm. In the chat, you can talk about your thoughts, relationships and life in general. You can also ask for more information about the Suhteellista online environment.
