A donation to the Disaster Relief Fund helps where the need is greatest. With your support, we deliver humanitarian aid to the world’s most critical crisis zones. In addition, donations strengthen domestic emergency preparedness, ensuring that help can be provided quickly and efficiently when it’s needed most.

In Finland, your donation helps us train and support volunteers so that help is always close at hand. With your support, we distribute food aid, train volunteers for our buddy program, keep our youth shelters open year-round, and provide first aid training.

The need for aid in Ukraine remains immense. Basic healthcare, physical and mental rehabilitation, and livelihood support will be needed for a long time to come in Ukraine. With your support, we deliver essential health and social services to the areas where they are needed most.

For donations over €10 000, you’ll additionally receive logo visibility in a thank-you ad for corporate donors, logo visibility on the Red Cross corporate donor webpage, a quote from a Red Cross expert for your company’s communications and an invitation to visit the Red Cross logistics centre in Tampere from where aid supplies are dispatched to Finland and global crisis areas. The visit will be guided by an experienced humanitarian professional and tailored to your company. It’s guaranteed to be impactful and memorable experience.

When you donate online, you will receive an email titled "Thank you for your donation to the Finnish Red Cross". It is your receipt for accounting.
