First Aid course EA1® combination course

The First Aid course EA1® combination course consists of two parts. First participant completes online course (8 hours) to learn the theoretical basis of first aid measures. After the online course the participant attends practical training (8 hours) to practice hands-on skills in various first aid topics.

The First Aid course EA1® combination course consists of two parts. First participant completes online course (8 hours) to learn the theoretical basis of first aid measures. After signing in to the course, a personal code to start the online training will be sent via email.
After the online course the participant attends practical training (8 hours) to practice hands-on skills in various first aid topics. The online course need to be completed before starting the practical training.
If you choose combination course, the practical training (8 hours) will take place on 26.8.2021 at 8.30-16 @Kohtaamispaikka Tampuri, Otavalankatu 12 A, 2nd floor, Tampere.
If you choose online course only, please find a suitable practical training session within 6 months.
The description of the contents:
- Action at an emergency
- Life-saving procedures in following situations:
- Unconcious casualty
- BLS (CPR + AED)
- Choking
- Severe bleeding
- Shock
- Sudden cases of illness (sudden chest pain, low blood sugar, stroke, seizures, severe allergic reaction, asthma attack)
- Wounds
- Burns
- Bone and joint injuries
- Other injuries
- Poisonings
- Accident prevention
- Promoting health
The Red Cross first aid certificate is valid for three years.
