Trained Red Cross volunteers offering psychosocial support continue to be available in the centre of Turku and the Market Square area.

They are ready to listen and talk about the thoughts and feelings raised by the events at the Market Square on Friday, August 18. The volunteers are easy to identify by their Red Cross vests.

In Turku, the Finnish Red Cross provides support for the authorities. The City of Turku gives information about crisis support.

For people in need of immediate help, a crisis centre has been set up by the Turku joint regional emergency services at the T Hospital (Savitehtaankatu 1). Please use the hospital's main entry on Hämeentie.
