Right now, loneliness is a serious problem in Finland. The loneliness of young people and the elderly is particularly alarming.

Prolonged loneliness is scientifically linked to poorer health and mental health challenges. It is also a root cause behind many social issues, such as unemployment and social exclusion.

For years, I have felt lonely, forgotten, and useless. — There is a very strong feeling that I am slowly becoming invisible.

You help by donating. With your support, we provide friends for the lonely, organize Christmas cafes and communal food aid, and help young people at the Youth Shelter.

You can also direct your donation to the Disaster Relief Fund or crisis in Ukraine.
