When you call, tell:

1. What has happened: an accident or an attack of illness,

2. The exact address,

3. Are there people in danger?

4. Give clear answers to the questions.

5. Close the phone only when permitted.

6. Remember to guide the helpers to the site.Emergency calls are free and no area codes are needed.

You can dial 112 from any active phone although it would otherwise be locked.
